Cookie Policy

On its website, merchant panel and customer returns portal, Revoop uses only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the service to work: keeping you signed in, securing requests and remembering your language and theme. We do not use analytics, advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies, and we do not track your visit with third parties. That is why we do not show a cookie consent banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) similarly keeps a preference on your device. On this page we refer to both as "cookies".

Cookies we use

All cookies below are first-party cookies: they are written and read only by Revoop. Session cookies cannot be read by code running on the page (browser scripts) and are sent only over secure (HTTPS) connections.

Merchant panel

• iade_at — Session key (access token). Confirms that you are signed in. Lifetime: 15 minutes.
• iade_rt — Session renewal key (refresh token). Keeps you signed in when the session key expires, without signing in again; it is replaced on every use. Lifetime: 30 days or until you sign out.
• iade_csrf — Protection key against fake requests sent in your name (a cross-site request forgery, or CSRF, token). The panel page can read it (browser scripts) so the panel can prove that changes really come from you. Lifetime: 30 days or until you sign out.
• iade_amazon_oauth — A one-time security value used to verify the authorisation request when you connect your Amazon store. Written only during that connection. Lifetime: 10 minutes.

Customer returns portal

• iade_pt — Portal session. After you confirm your order details and the one-time code, it gives access only to that order and its returns. Lifetime: 2 hours.
• iade_csrf — Protection key against fake requests (CSRF token) for portal actions. Lifetime: 2 hours.

When the portal opens inside the returns window a merchant has added to their own site, these two cookies are written as partitioned cookies: they can be used only within that merchant's site and cannot travel to other sites. If your browser blocks them, the portal keeps working by opening in a new tab.

Platform administration

• iade_adm — Session of the platform administrators who operate Revoop only. Never written for merchants or customers. Lifetime: 8 hours.

Preferences

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie) — Remembers the language you picked, so the site, the sign-in page, the panel and the returns page open in the same language. Written when you switch language, when you go from the English site to the sign-in page, or when you sign in with a language saved on your account. Lifetime: 1 year.
• theme (browser's local storage) — Remembers your light or dark theme choice. Written only when you change the theme and never sent to us. Lifetime: until you delete it.

Cookies we do not use

• Analytics or statistics cookies (such as visitor counting or behaviour tracking).
• Advertising, retargeting or profiling cookies.
• Cookies from social media plugins or third-party tracking tools.

If we ever decide to use such cookies, we will first update this policy and, where required, ask for your explicit consent.

How to manage cookies

You can view, delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the merchant panel or complete actions in the returns portal; if you delete your preferences, language and theme return to their defaults.
